Full Refund / Re-schedule

With 48 hours or more notice, we will give a full refund or re-schedule your session to a new time. This includes cancellations for any or no reason (we get it, it’s hard to get more than one person in one place at one time).

Our preference is for a re-schedule as we lose a couple of bucks on credit card fees for every booking, but no stress either way.

Late Cancellations

If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we may need to charge for your booking.

The reason for this is that we’re a small operation, aiming to keep your costs low.

With only 2 rooms available for rehearsal, and low low prices every day, empty rooms really eat into our revenue. We hope you understand 🙂 it’s part of the reason our rehearsal prices haven’t gone up in 7 years!

We can still offer a partial refund for:

  • Illness (especially COVID / flu and other highly infectious diseases)
  • Circumstances out of your control (get in touch and we’ll see what we can do)
  • Late cancellations when the room gets re-booked by someone else. In this situation, we’ll refund you everything minus the credit card fee (usually a couple of bucks)

Merch Exchanges

Yes, we will exchange merch. At the studio would be our preference, we may charge you return shipping at our discretion.
