We use a booking system called Jammed. The best way to use Jammed is on your PC/computer or via the Jammed app on your phone. Trying to access it via the mobile web browser is a lot harder/can cause issues sometimes.

FAQs
Why is there a grey box over my unfinished booking?
It’s unlikely that someone has taken your not-complete booking! This is just Jammed’s way of “holding” your booking for you. It’ll go away after about 15 minutes and then you can refresh and finalise the booking.
What if I want to reschedule or cancel a booking?
If you want to reschedule a rehearsal booking, you have the ability to cancel your original booking in Jammed and receive instant credit (e.g. rescheduling a 3 hour rehearsal = 3 hours of credit) which you can use to book a new session. If you prefer to cancel, please contact us for a refund via email or text. Please note that we require 48 hours of notice if you would like to cancel and receive a refund!
Why can’t I book the time I want?
If you can’t see the date/time you want to book on Jammed, 95% of the time it’s because someone else has already booked that time. If you want to triple check to confirm this, just contact us and we’ll let you know 🙂
How can I save some more $?
Fun fact! If you make a booking for a rehearsal slot happening that same day, you will get a 20% discount. This discount will be added to your Jammed account (the platform we use for bookings) as a credit that you can use towards future bookings here
How much does a rehearsal booking cost?
Our pricing works as follows:
Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm:
$20 / hour – 1-3 hour long booking
$18 / hour – 3-6 hour long booking
$16 / hour – 6-9 hour long booking
Monday-Friday, evenings
$60 / 3 hours – 6pm-9pm or 9pm-12am
$100 / 4 hours – 7-11pm
Saturday-Sunday, 9am-12am
$60 / 3 hours – minimum 3 hour long booking
